Complete the very easy Blood Pact quest, then head into the dungeon from the quest and train on the monsters there.




3-10
Kill goblins.




11-20
Kill cows. If you want to make money you should pick up the cowhides, bank them, and once you are done with training tan them at Al'Kharid and sell them at the Grand Exchange.




20-45
Kill Moss Giants and, if you want money, bank their drops.




20-40/99
Kill Rock Crabs.




40-60/99
Play Conquest for combat experience.




40-60/99
Kill Experiments. [Requires Creature of Fenkenstrain quest]




60-99
Armoured Zombies [Requires Defender of Varrock quest started]




90-99
Monkey Guards [Near Prayer Altar]




If you just want to kill things and get experience and drops from them, here's a list of good monsters with my opinion of how good for xp they are:
Armoured Zombies 10 [My Personal Favorite]
Monkey Zombies [Underneath Prayer Altar with Protect From Melee] 10
Ankou [With Salve Amulet] 9
Dagannoth 9
Monkey Guards [Near Prayer Altar] 9
Experiment 8
Rock Crab 8
Yak 6
Bandits 6
Baby Blue Dragons 5

Monkey guards are actually good exp from about 90-99...got from 90 to 92 in a day...

monkey guards at ape atoll are beastly exp for me. One point for Priest for mentioning it!!

IN my opinion I believe that the best way from 90-99 would be Monkey Guards in Ape Atoll

Monkey guards are good. I would not recommend 45-99 Pest Control though, although they are worth getting Void. Armored Zombies are my favorite atm.

how much xp an hour r they?

hm really good but you could add how much exp you make in an hour

i think its around 60k - 60k or somtin like tht. i think i saw tht somewhere in a guide on utube.

You forgot giant spiders(level 50) in lvl 3 of the stronghold of security.

I'm only 78 strength and 70 attack, i can still make 65k-75k exp an hour.
Depend how much i afk and how often i drink Super strength potion (give 20% bonus).

I use a whip with a dragon defender + full guthan set to heal me and
SUPER strength potion for REALLY faster exp.

You can stay AFK around 5 min, then just change area to get them agressive again.
they drop nothing, but require no attention.
they are aggressive to all players regardless of combat level.

They really have a weak def, hit 0 on them is very rare, wich make exp faster.
They have an accurate attack than can hit up to 70-80.

Nice, i'd agree with spiders being in the guide, I trained my strength there.

*First Ever Post On The Forum* haha.. From my combat training giant spiders which are level 50 on the 3rd floor of the stronghold near varrock were the best thing to train. No effort at all is needed to train. 1 tele tab 2 varrock the rest of my inv full of food. enter the first room let them attack you making sure you have auto retaliate on and just sit back and watch tv. when you see you have low health eat and when u see they have stopped attacking you move through the east door run up north and do the same thing. Legit bot training.

A good alternative to Armored Zombies is Living Rocks...

Giant Spiders is also one of the best F2P combat training spots. It's about 40-50K xp/h with a rune scimitar
