im wondering how to make a skill calc cuz im kinda intrested in working on one kind of like my personal project

I do believe this section is for RuneScape related problems, but I'll try to answer your question.

The calculators on this site and many others are developed through 'programming' languages known as HTML, PHP, AJAX etc.

If you have no idea on the what the languages I've stated are, a google search will put you on the right path.
