ok sooo ima pure like half of rs thez dayys lol buut im 50 att and i wnna stay tht... now wat shud i train on for str yes i know rock crabs so if you can refrain from saying tht but what else? would bandits be good? any help would be great

I do recommend Guthan's armor set at bandit's for defense exp.
