What's your favorite combat style? Which one do you like the most, why do you like it, and do you intend to change your most used combat style?

My answer:

I'm all for melee, mainly because my range level is too low for me to use it in every fight. I intend to change my main combat style to range when I get the range level. (For those of you who might not have noticed, I intend to be a range tank.) XD

melee, its got the highest hit ability, I'm not changing lol

I wouldn't say highest hit probability... It depends a lot on your attack bonus about your accuracy. I've seen people k0'ed (from 90+ hp) with range gear. (Dark Bow to be exact)

Melee is my ultimate fav for fights, but mage for pawnage imo I love tehm both, but if I had to choose, I'd say melee.

I am a man of my melee, I love seeing hitsplats from my whip while I'm brushing off the attacks of noobs while I am tanking, isn't melee just a blast?

Melee ftw! Imo melee is much more fun because you get to pwn from up close instead of from far away. Also you don't have to replace your arrows or runes so you can fight for as long as you want.

Translation: It's cheap...

lol! But I will agree Blitz that melee is fun to pwn your enemies up close, but it's also pretty intense if you can k0 them with a Dark Bow or Hand Cannon before they can reach you.

RANGE FTW!!! With melee u have to train ATK AND STR but with range you train both at the same time! + u can range most monsters from safe spots meaning you dont have to bring food! AVA ATTRACTOR brings your arrows back to u so yea range FTW

It only brings them back if you're not safeing though, or tanking (legs/armor that are metal)

u just gotta stnd in the right place. its easy if ur an experianced ranger

no it doesnt depend on ur lvl experienced meaning tht u kno how to pro range behind stuff

Well, I have yet to encounter a safespot in which ava's accumulator brings arrows back to you... plus I have a few friends with 99 range...

Armoured zombies or ape atoll... whichever I feel like going to. They both give pretty much the same exp. I usually go to zombies b/c of the drops, but if I'm afk training, I go to apes.

I would say melee , I didn't get 99 Strength for nothing! Although I might plan on going for 99 Range, if I was to sell my godsword :/.

Melee is the cheapest aswell, just get a weapon and your off

Nice. I try to PvM as much as I can lol, I love it. XD I'll admit I haven't gone to any actual GWD bosses, but I do have a very fair understanding of what each boss is capable of, what to use or what to equip, etc etc...

Same with Corporeal Beast, I haven't been to him, but I know quite a bit about what to bring. I love PvM, but I can't do it too much because I'm either busy IRL or the clan never tries to actually contact me... I have yet to find a good PvM clan that doesn't die.

Can anyone join the clan? or is it a private thing. Because I like the sound of it lol :L.

It never was a clan, but my friends would always ask me for advice on bosses. Now that you're the PvM manager, you can organize events like that.

was defender of varrock hard? what u train on in ape atoll?

Defender of varrock was easy. And at ape atoll I train at the monkey guards in the temple with the altar.

u get poisened there i have done defender of varrock now. i have salve amulet e and pros armor

At ape atoll you get poisoned, not at armored zombies though.

And there's only 2 little poisonous spiders anywhere near the monkey guards in the temple...

Exactly, you don't even need an anti-poison if you turn into a monkey to recharge prayer and kill the guards near the 2 furnaces.

lol, I just bring 1-2 antipoisons. I only use 1-3 doses before the spiders become non-agressive.

Nice tip i'l have to bring some next time i go although i'm thinking of going to armoured zombies when i've done the quest . How much money so you make per hour there with xp? Thanks.

At armored zombies? you can get up to 100k exp per hour and like 80k (if you pick up the "good" drops) cash.
