Hi I was just wondering is there any way to make a runescape proxy that will work even if "Jagex.com" is blocked?

Apparently the administrator on my computer has blocked access to jagex.com so when i use runescape-proxy.com and press play, "nnap14-bond0-1.jagex.com" is restricted, so the game can't load.

By the way, the program that is being used to block sites is called "Kidswatch Parental Controls," so if anyone knows any information on how to get past the wall, or has any knowledge of a proxy that works with java, I will be very grateful .

Also, I agree with a few other users that the proxy site name shouldn't have runescape in it as it defeats the purpose of using it.

Primarily, all of the links to the standalone programs are blocked, as a result of the windows vista parental controls, and when i try to use proxies an error comes up (usually it involves "404-page cannot be found).

on a side note, all of the rapidshare links that u sent me earlier, will not load, problems are because
a) windows cannot open the folder, "the compressed (zipped folder) is invalid
b) the file is outdated, please contact scape-xp administrator
c),lastly rs.jar opens, but a grey bocks appears, and unable to load.

A solution to all of this, would be to make a a new website with a new url, or a client that is the the same as the oringal client, and/or website (scape-xp, runescape-proxy).) therefore it will work, and not be blocked
