This is just a minor suggestion, but I think that if a staff member isn't active enough on these forums (or at least active in the Scapexp Clan), then should be relieved of their status. It just doesn't seem appealing to have staff that only visit the site once every few months.

What you're calling a "Clan" isn't a clan, it's an events group, activity there doesn't count as activity here, and as far as sweeping through staff, you're right; the problem is, 97% of all posts here are made by staff. Sweeps won't help that, only time and advertisements will.

Sorry, I just refer to it as a clan. >.< I wasn't aware 97% of the posts were made by staff though. O_o

Hmm yes it's a good idea Sheer although most of the staff work "behind scenes" coding and such, there could be different staff for forum/main site-- just an idea.

Er...we actually have it set up like that, Forum Admins deal with the forums, as well as FOrum Mods; Site Admins deal with the site coding, and forum integration. I spend a lot of time here, because I just like posting on the forums and getting user input.

I'm aware of the site admins and how there are forums only availible to certain staff, and it's fine if a staff member would only be active there. I was trying to say if they didn't do anything/visit the site after a certain length of time, they would be relieved of their status. I'm sure people enjoy seeing the Admins posting on the public forums, but if they don't, they shouldn't be relieved from their status.

They wouldn't be removed from the forums, if that's what you thought I was saying.

I know, my point is, I can't exactly relieve people like Zezikaro of their status, while he only has 11 poata, he's a site admin. Scooty and Sin post a lot, and I'm not sure about Lavain. At this time, there will be no shifting of positions.

I'm saying you don't post on the forums and I can't relieve you of being an admin for that, since you do so much work on the site...

EDIT: Don't think I'm criticizing you for not posting, I actually think as long as you're doing as much work as you obviously have been, It's amazing you ever have time to post, same with Scape... I tend to multi task so I post quite a bit...
